FRAPS - Laggy when record! Help Please

Hey guys. I wanna ask you, because i don't relly what it is.. Is it the RAM or is it my harddriver?

When im playing Assassin Creed Revelation! I use the 60 Frame Per second Setup on fraps.. So that the highest on it if you don't make a custom and 60 = HD. But i got about 10-20 fraps and that's kinda laggy under 10 when it's going on alot on the screen. So im whondering, is it the RAM or harddriver?

I got Windows 7 Ultimate x64 / Card = Radeon HD 6770 / Ram = 4GB / Harddriver = Seagate Barracuda® 500GB - SATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0), 16MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3.5"

So im whondering, what can i do to improve to make it less laggy? Plz respond .*

Im sure dude.. The clock was about 03:00 .. I was relly tired, i just wrote this and went to bed after that. I don't got the best english i know ;P Atleast the not the best english gramma.. But you don't need to say that.. You could just say, please look at the video.. -.-' You don't have to be mean for that

Can you tell me in which way was he "mean"?
He most likely saw those grammar errors and see you were from Sweden which mean your native language is Swedish(d'uh) which means you -could- not understand English that much.And then he implied that if you do not understand English that good, you shouldn't even bother watching the video.
But then you went on a rage mode against him which means you most likely can understand English.
Anyways, sorry for this off-topic post.
 
But he could just tell me watch this video, it may help you.. Instead of that useless comment ;) I do know english i understand every single word in that video, mabye not the words that i haven't relly learned.. But instead of saying "Hope your English is good enough to understand this video." you can say it a nice way as "Check out this video, it may help you" Do you know what i mean Bogart? Am i corrert or am i wrong?
Also np for the off-topic post. It's okaay if you get like 2-3 but if it's goes on for like 10+ post it's kinda annoying
