RevScripts Free Acces/Quests!

Im using OTBR i want to unlock some access for my players , or at least get the player to the last part of the quest.
Someone can help me? i try different ways and i cant make it work

If you are using OTBR-Global there is in config.lua:

freeQuests = true

Which is located in

data/scripts/creaturescripts/customs/freequests.lua
