Step 1. Go here and click pre-order. (it doesn't matter for what device you're gonna use the code on. It has to be a current gen one though.)
Step 2. Checkout, but when checking out it would be best to use a prepaid visa with a dollar on it or your gc balance, so they get refunded instantly.
Step 3. Almost instantly after preording, check your email for an email titled "Your Amazon.com Promotional Code". In that email you will see a code and put it aside.
"Your promotional code: XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX"
Step 4. After you get the promotional code, go back on amazon and cancel the order. If you use a gc balance it will be refunded instantly. If you used a prepaid card with jack shit on it, nothing will happen since they couldn't take anything off of it. If you used a card with a balance, it may take a bit for them to refund.
Step 5. Go here, hit redeem code and redeem the promo code. Now, here you can login with your steam account, xbox account, psn or activision. Choose which one you want to claim the code for (if you have an activision account already, login through that and link your console / steam account. Once it's claimed, you're all set. Once the beta is available for your console they'll email you with instructions. (Email connected to your activison account)
