free - promotion - no work

hello, I have a serious problem, my free players, by getting premy and putting promotion, they work until then, the problem is when he is free, he keeps regenerating as if it were premium account, I need to know how to fix it.

What you mean he keeps regenerating as if it were premium account? As far as I know premium accounts doesn't have any better regeneration than normal ones unless you added new ones.
Or by regeneration you mean when vocation changes from promoted to non-promoted after losing premium time he still gain mana/HP like he is promoted?

What I found out from a player is that the promotion is working correctly, the problem is that it takes about 40 minutes or 1 hour to update when it's free or when it's promotion to change status. How can I solve this delay?

Vocation takes 40 mints to 1 hour to get updated on premium time end-start? How you are adding the promotion? is it on login script? or through vocations.xml you changed this needpremium="0" to needpremium="1"

is need premium 1, but i think the bug started when i use /reload vocations on my server and give me rollback, maybe bug mines persons, idk
