Lua Free space on tranining room.

Hi,
I am looking for a script for TFS 1.4 that will check:

If the player is in a certain area (so something like the old inRange system?).
Then:
Find an empty space on the skilownia (from the position list).
If there are no seats (all are occupied) display a message:
"No empty seats".
