Hey! Crazy idea coming up!

So if player has level xxx he can use item.
on use item appears motd, do you realy want to freeze whole server players who is online for 1 minute ? yes/no
so on yes, remove item give effects and make all players on the server freezzee (can't walk) all players can use spells and talk, move around etc, but cant move forward for duration of time, also on item use world broadcasting shoud appear ''Player XXX used genominomus weapon, beware you all will be freezed for 1 minute!''
