Freezes in almost every server

I have a strange problem, I sometimes have permanent freeze, when nobody else on server have this problem. It doesn't depend on client, but im rather playing 7.4-7.72 than newer versions. It looks like tibia is losing connection. I must connect 2nd time with login and password, that's the only way to log in. I have 5mb internet which is laggy on 7-10 p.m, but normally not. My pc specification: AMD Athlon II x3 450 3,2 GHz, 3 GB RAM, WIN 7 x64.
 
How can I look at packets in long period of time? If I use pingtest 0% lost files but it's just short time.
