Friend cant connect to his own server!

My friend was hosting the latest TFS release today and at first we would connect (me and another friend) but not the hoster himself. How is that possible? He managed to connect like two times or so out of 6+ sessions of opened otserv and later I couldnt connect to his otserv either but my other friend could.

I don't understand this, how come we randomly can connet and in the other second we can't and then we can again? And how come the hoster couldnt connect to his own server when his friend could?

He tried to put his global and dns ip in config.lua, a couple of times he managed to connect with one or other ip but most part of the time he couldnt with any. He couldnt connect even with his local ip....

Anyone know what would cause that and how to fix, please?

His firewell is already turned off by the way.
We tried any and many ways to try to solve this, and didnt work.
So we ask your help here guys
I hope you can find the problem to us

Systemsettings
-> Security Center->Windows Firewall
Expection.
Add there Port 7171
u need to make tcp and udp both with port 7171

Only tcp .

I believe 7.6 uses UDP also.
Connect to 127.0.0.1:7171

He had alredy done that but didnt work, but then he replaced the TFS exe and it seems it worked lol, thankz anyway guys
