Friends can't connect to website!

okay so i can connect to my server no problem. i can also connect to my website and do everything, but when my friend tries to go to the website the page fails to load for him. i made him an account and he was able to login fine to the server the problem seems to be the website any ideas?? thanks in advance

Port 80 open?

i can access the website with my global ip and my no-ip
port 80 is open
i disabled my avg and my friend was still not able to load the site

Edit:Fixed.. port 80 was blocked by my isp i had to enable it myself on their website @HalfAway you where right man thanks
