Frost Arrow With Paralyze/slowing Efekt

hey is there any script for A arrow that can Paralyze (Not like druid paralyze very much weaker) = slowing efekt? ^^ else if not is there anyone who wold like the same script and happends to be a scripter please let me know ^^!
