Compiling Function force talkaction

Interesting request. Which version of TFS are you using?
If you moved every talkaction to a lib file and had each talkaction call the lib function and made a separate talkaction to pass the target's cid before calling the lib, that could work.
It'd be clunky and a rather large and tedious change. But it's all I could come up with, without referencing anything.
