Hello OTLAND!
I have run custom map servers, rlmap servers and evos, all without much success! Everyone tells me they want something different, they want something new! So after brainstorming I imagined my new server I will work on if enough people are interested:

The concept is, that the players will start in a starter town, where they can chill out together and talk. If they want some action, they can wait for some raids, or they can do some "runs". Those "runs" can be reached through a teleport in the inner city, where the players fight themselves through different stages. After finishing those stages, they either find new items, get outfits, find a teleport to the next city, or find items, which allow them to map their own houses, or even cities! They can just show me the item and send me their remeres map editor file, so i can implent their house! After really hard quests, they can even create own villages or cities, where they have permission to sell the houses in, to make profit! *
And if you finish hardcore quests, why not get the permission to map your own island?! Get players attracted to it, sell houses and become rich! However one day at the weekend, doesnt matter which one, all player islands/cities/villages will be invaded by monsters! If the players dont stick together and defeat the nasty creatures
In a specific time, the cities will be deleted ! So you need to make sure to hire players guarding your cities during the weekends!*That and much more is planned! If you have any further ideas, let me know! The more stages you master, the more beautifull coties you will encounter and the more difficult monsters you will face!*
When you are up for chilling, visit the "Chilly-Town", where you can find casinos, bars, hotels, beautifull beaches and some other joyfull stuff :D

However *I should mention, that in Futura you only life once !Yolo!
only one chance to become a legend! If you defend your own city better check what risks to take and what to avoid, if you are in PvP Zone, make sure to have friends with you or atleast watch out carefully! Ofc u can make a new char if you die, but it wont be the same one :/

sounds, interesting, i will defineatly try it out its like life but better :P
 
Sounds good, but to succeed u will have to have a huge amount of players playing it. so advertise it well ^^

As innovative as the features sound (And funny enough, I attempted to do a sandbox ot in which players could build buy land and then their own houses, I dislike any form of "perma-death" within an OT, ESPECIALLY the way you've presented it.
