[Game chat] How to made functionality involved with writing in orange by support in game chat?

Hello,
Support (players with group ID >= 2) should write in orange in game chat. How can it be made?

I have TFS 0.4, I am certain that it is not involved with changing flag in database...
In TFS 0.4 support team do not write in orange (game chat) by default and I want to change it ;)
