How do I increase the game window ?

Click CTRL + . (dot) ? In normal OTClient it works.
If it works then you got to increase 'view range' in SERVER, because players will 'appear' from nowhere on higher/lower floors.

As I can see you have messed sth in your interface.lua and/or in your interface.otui, had same problem when I was trying to set only 2nd viewmode in client.
