For some reason others cannot connect my site.

I can connect but others cant. You try..

127.0.0.1 is for you its localhost

make sure you have your ip set in extremia.no-ip.info and not localhost

if you dont know your ip use whatismyip.com

yes its setup for my real ip not static and yes port 80 is open

what is your global (real) ip?
it's possible that this is an issue with DNS redirect, though very unlikely

Maybe your ISP is blocking port 80, or it's some program that you're running? Try making Apache listen on port 8080 instead (and open it)

Open Port Check Tool go there and check if your ports are open
