I'm not 100% sure that he hasn't edited anything in the php files, so make a backup first. But you could update POT using this link; SourceForge.net: OpenTibia: Files and see if that works.

aha , can i make so you CANT creat guild whill you are online ? i cant creat but im be kicked from the guild .. and nobody can join and so
it's posssible, you have to add some PHP code to check this or just notice taht it won't work if you're online
