-What is better to creat Fun ot or realtibia Style?
-what is the difference betweet funot and realtibia? Is it the map only?

People love new tibia and old.
The most popular version I see a lot is Tibia 8.6.
Though the most unique servers are the ones using the older clients 7.X

Differences between a FunOt and Real Tibia.
Well on a FunOt you can do what ever you want to make it unique
Example would be like fast attack servers, high exp rates, custom monsters and items etc etc.
A real Tibia OT mainly focuses on just emulating Real Tibia pretty much.
Though you can edit your own experience rates, skills, magic level.

Tips on creating a successful server.
Read the tutorial section on the forum, they offer great advice.
What I can leave you with though is make the Otserv unique.
Create something that players never seen before.
Study whats out there currently in the advertisement section.
What can you do better?
How will you do it?
Also one last thing make sure you have a proper internet connection to handle the player loads.
No one likes laggy servers.
