A 7.4 real-map built for danger, mystery, and true progression
Long time no see. For the past nine or so months I have been developing Valantis, a 7.4 project born out of frustration and disappointment with the current retro scene.
Most servers today are no more than leaked servers, grind layered on top of more grind, padded with credit card shortcuts. No atmosphere. No soul.
I wanted the nostalgia back. I wanted a world that felt alive and rewarding again.

Valantis is a long term old school RPG server designed for players who want that meaningful progression. No pay to win. No bots. No resets. No cash grabs. Just a world that rewards effort, puzzle solving, and curiosity.

Valantis is not fast food Tibia. This is the crawl through darkness you remember.

      • Each dungeon has a weekly cooldown and is built around mechanics, puzzles, and encounters that require coordination rather than raw damage.​
    • Pre generated boss loot with end of run roll
      • Boss rewards are generated when the dungeon is created, then rolled at completion. This prevents loot manipulation, encourages fair group play, and makes random party formation worthwhile.​

  • More areas and monsters built on CIP’s unfinished land and lore to complete the world naturally​

  • Eventually new items designed in true 7.4 fashion, always balanced and never stronger than existing tiers​
Where Valantis will NEVER go:
  • No items, addons, or outfits sold in the shop - ever​
  • No new cities that break map balance - all content expands outward from existing regions, preserving player cognitive maps and long term spatial familiarity​
  • No pay to win systems of any kind​
Valantis will grow, but it will never lose its soul.

Quick update since I cannot edit the main post:
Valantis uses a custom algorithm for enhanced HD graphics. The visuals stay true to classic 7.4, just cleaner and sharper. No modern reshade look, no blurry upscale. It still feels like Tibia, simply properly enhanced.

Why should I play this instead of Tibiantis?


I did read whole post and now I see it's trying to be old 7.4 with new futures. It wasn't so clear at 1st glance. Give more pictures of new features :)

I created an account especially for this topic. I’m an RPG player, and this OTS is amazing. There aren’t many players online yet, but the server is really engaging. I recommend it to everyone—there’s a lot of custom content / mirakle killer Kappa
 
The server has now been online for three executive days and things are running smoothly.

Day one had a few rough edges, as expected with a fresh launch, but since then there has only been a single crash and that one was caused by the host, not the game server itself. Stability since then has been solid and consistent.

New accounts still receive 14 days of free premium account, so it is easy to jump in and explore and test the server without pressure. Players are already discovering dungeons, figuring out how to unlock relic slots, and pushing deeper into content that is not handed out on a silver platter. Some proper explorers out there already.

The world is alive and progression is steady.

Hopeing and praying for a highrate server somedaythey don't last because of the lack of content in additions almost every owners or ot admin which uses this type of otses tend to add content from 8.x so is always the same nothing new

Summons assist in combat but do not steal experience.

Some changes from the past 3 days:
  • Trade module has been re implemented.
  • Fixed an issue where increased max health or mana attributes were reapplied on login, causing players to lose health or mana.
  • Fixed a stack handling issue when picking up items. Dragging spears, stones, or similar items will no longer fail if a new item lands on the stack during the action. The originally dragged amount will now equip correctly even if the stack changes.
  • Poison conditions from monsters are now correctly applied on yellow armor block hits.
  • Corrected prices of many items in NPCs.
  • Fixed an issue on the website where the Join Guild button was missing.
  • Base spawn time decreased from ~8-10 minutes to 5-6 minutes.
  • Base online players for spawn times set to 350 players.
  • Fixed issues with bank change gold.
  • Removed magic level requirements to buy spells.
  • Fixed issue with new border sprites.
  • Bank npc will now allow you to withdraw money without a backpack if your hands or ammo slot is empty.
  • Loot corrected on several monsters.
  • Added more items to mystic bags (infernal light wand, rings, pearls and more). Decreased training weapon chance.
  • Fixed issue with mining system.
  • Fixed issue with NPC Shauna in The Queens Oath Faction.
  • Lowered speed of elite monsters.
  • Several other minor and major bug fixes.
