I've changed the fragtime from 12 hours to 10 hours, if there won't be a lot of random pk it will get lowered to 8 hours.
PZ bugs have been fixed and some minor NPC fixes.

knights are too strong (they can spam exori manas exori manas exori manas) + ue cost 1,2k mana runes takes 4x more mana (gfb 480, sd 880) + there we cant buy runes\manas in bp + there is bug for money (wands) + u have delay while stair jumping = thx bye
