To be honest it seems like you rushed this server. Here is my list:

1) Almost every monster is edited to have 20,000 hp and yield no experience (relative to the difficulty), this is the antithesis of fun
2) Only around 15 different monsters on the OT, most of which I will not touch since they have 20,000 hp

Keep most of them unedited with respect to experience and hp, the monsters you create can be edited to whatever you would like them to be.
