I already did this stage, then something fucked up, so i went back and started again, then this error comes up...
Any help?

You can't agree tables, cuz you have it agreed. Not any error. You have already that tables in your db, it's not necessary subscribe them.

What version of Acc are you using, and in witch step gives you the first error?

Try delete the samples and account manager from database and add it:

Created admin acc then this...........
