Yes, it is possible to make the manager responsive or any other website, such as myacc, znote, etc. Just change the CSS, in the case of making a modular CSS.

Or if you want to make another website, more basic etc., as long as it is responsive, it is even better, but the cost is higher.

Im making 2 different layout versions one is for PC`s etc. and the other is for mobile devices.
