Windows Gesior AAC problem and MySQL Database problem

Hello. I think this problem is from my Windows or something, I use Windows Vista

I am having some troubles with Gesior AAC... I don't know why this happens.

This stupid error always appears, it won't let me install Gesior AAC properly... I even changed Index.php to others, but it wont work:

And here is my MySQL Database problem:

This is so annoying... it wasn't like this before. I hosted my server before, but a virus appeared in my computer and fucked everything, it didn't let me open my windows. So I had to "restart" the whole computer (windows). Now this happened...

Any help/suggestion is welcome!

first uninstall xampp then install another version, installing xampp x.x.x when other xampp is installed can not work.
Most important question is WHY YOUR INTERNET EXPLORER (ie, firefox, chrome) SHOW HTML CODE?!

It should I guess... I use Firefox, and I did uninstall the first xampp version.
