Windows Gesior AAC problem and MySQL Database problem

Hello. I think this problem is from my Windows or something, I use Windows Vista

I am having some troubles with Gesior AAC... I don't know why this happens.

This stupid error always appears, it won't let me install Gesior AAC properly... I even changed Index.php to others, but it wont work:

And here is my MySQL Database problem:

This is so annoying... it wasn't like this before. I hosted my server before, but a virus appeared in my computer and fucked everything, it didn't let me open my windows. So I had to "restart" the whole computer (windows). Now this happened...

Any help/suggestion is welcome!

Yes, I use 1.6.4

Or I'm not sure... what do you mean by correctly? :O It doesn't show any errors/showed any errors when I installed it.

Try the newest one instead... 1.6.6

It worked before, but as I said, a virus fucked my whole windows up so I had to restart it...

First of all, 1.6.6a is vulnarable.
Use 1.7.2 and update the phpMyAdmin.

Do that first, before installing random updated software/programs.
