When I create character on the server it is just like the sample except the items. What can be wrong?

i have the same issue, and i dont know why, when i change the hp, mana, lvl, etc.. it changes to in the new players, but when i change the items of the samples, it doesn't change the items of the new players...

Please if someone can help
