Gesior ACC Install Problem

I downloaded Gesior Acc 0.4.0 then when I tried to install I got an error in 2nd step(Check database connection) Here is the error -> Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';', expecting T_FUNCTION in C:\xampp\htdocs\pot\OTS_DB_SQLite.php on line 68 <-
Anyone could help me with fixing this problem?
 
go to C:/exampp/htdocs/pot/OTS_DB_SQLite.php

open it in notepad

and paste it here please.
