Gesior Acc Maker Help!

I have been setting it up all the way, then I get to the part where I need to locate the database.sql (which is located in htdocs) and import it onto the phpadmin~ but its just not there.. how do i set up this Gesior Acc Website!
ITS KILLING ME! IV BEEN TRYING FOR LIKE 8 HOURS!...

HELP ME PLEASE!!!

You don't have to import any file. All SQL queries acc. maker send when you open http://127.0.0.1/install.php and do first 5 steps.

gesior I am cretor of Biosoft OTP and I edit the install.php and all work, but don't import monsters, spells... setup6, 7... don't work (it is strange)
