Windows Gesior acc maker +router

Hello
I will try to describe my problem as good as I can.
So...
I am running an Ot on my router with open ports 7171 and everything is fine I installed account manager and site works perfect. BUT NOBODY THAN ME CANNOT GET ON MY SITE ,BECAUSE WHEN TRIES TO CONNECT SEE ROUTER'S LOGIN PANEL.

And my question is:

How to make my acc manager working for others?

i tryed to open it the way i did with port 0 and 8080 but it didnt work ;/

p.s i used the guide on portforward.com
