Gesior acc problem 0.3.7

Hello, I got an gesior 0.3.7, when peoples try to make CHARACTER they click on the "create character" button, but instead of getting redirected to the "Acc name" etc page, they get logged out?
Please help me as fast as you can, as i am losing players with time!
