Its because you have no news tickers, in the newest gesior without a news ticker the layout is messed up, haven't taken a look what causes it yet.

Wrong since </div> tags causes such things. It's just a stylistic problem not a script w/e problem.

Its a layout problem build inn, I spotted it right after installing gesior and removing the standard news ticker.
