Windows Gesior account 0.3.6

Hello everyone. I've been searching for a gesior acc that works now for a while. I downloaded one Gesior acc but it wasn't near by the one I had before. It said "
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server. "

I don't know how to fix that. But is there anyway that I can get the old gesior back? or can someone help me set this site up? IT won't take your time that much. I do understand gesior. So help me guys and I'll rep++ you.

I fixed that. I'm in the website now but I don't got shop or buypoints or admin panel. Admin tables. I've downloaded this

It's really complicated. Gesior acc for tfs 0.3.6! Where can I find the normal Gesior again?

Make sure you have the shopsystem turned on in config/config.php

$config['site']['shop_system'] = false;

The admin panel is only visible if you have right access.
