You want them to nees premium account to create a new char?
Try chaning your translator haha...
I think there is a function in gesior player->isPremium() or replace player with account. Check your htdocs/classes/.. if it dosent work.

yes, need premium to create character i dont Crazy.
i search in /pot and accountmanagement.php
even so i would not know because I'm creating php my rating is 0

What version of acc. maker do you use? 2012 or oooold? Post file 'accountmanagement.php' [if it's too big paste it on pastebin.com and post link).
