Hello, I need some help.

This is form a sql guide. (with acc page)

They told me to go to PHPMYADMIN and import database (located in htdocs) But I can't found it in htdocs please help!

Actually, there's no guide that tells you how exactly you have to do to make the website work. But You can ask or send me a pm what's the problem and i'll solve it.. (i think xD).
