Hello Otland, First of all i am using xammp ,
when i install the config and opening the site then logout
i can't login again i dont know why ??

make new account then open phpmyadmin page and open players , choose the new chracter name then edit account acces from 0 to 3

nope if you want the account have acces admin panel in website u should go to phpmyadmin and click on account the select the account that you want yo have admin acces and change it from 0 to 3
