Windows Gesior not working using uniform

Hi i am using uniform instead of xampp but now my gesior web dont works, it only says It Works!, that is writed in my index.html, i need help with this please.

so please help me installing modern acc because when i finish installing him, appears the same error, the web page dont show me nothing, and all is supposed to be set up correctly.
