[Gesior2012] Problem on installation

Hello I recently started trying to create and experiment with an ots.
Ive been following the OTS Guide on top menu and everything was going great other than I tried to install Gesior2012 and when I went through the steps, I get to this image:

I tried going to the cache folder properties and disabling "read-only" on windows but it seems thats not how permissions work on windows.
Is there a way to specify php permissions? Or why is it not enable to execute the files in cache?

You must have messed something, because if you are installing on windows, then it should work out of box.

Just downloaded Gesior2012 to prove I'm not wrong:


So what version are you trying to install? Link to Gesior you use would be nice.

Did you try clean install? Remove all and download again without changing any permissions?
