I'm going to assume Czepek is Endrju on tpforums.org since the links are the same. I don't think he would put a virus in his programs, but if you have doubt either don't use it or monitor it's access to the internet when using it (a.k.a. make sure the only site it's accessing is tibia.com).

Yes. It works with all Tibia versions, because this program don't need any things with Tibia Client, just Tibia.Com page.
