Solved Get Ward/Rod when reach level !

Hey, i want that when player gain a Level where they cann use a new Rod/Wand that they get a Ward/Rod in their inventory !
Sorry for my bad english i hope you understand my problem and tell me some solutions .
Scripts or something !!!
