Getting rid of a well known loser

Im sure any ot hoster knows Unholy.. Any chance of knowing how to get rid of this loser? He has no life hes a duper and if he doesnt get what he wants he ddos attacks lol.. help?

fetch him :)
try to lure him into a trap, either towards you, or towards someone who will deal with the ddos.
if you make it right and he ddos you when you want, you can collect the evidence and try to get in contact with some police department that's familiar with these actions.

However, if it's ping/dos that you call ddos, it's even easier... then it's just to fetch the IP and search the domain-holder of it and report it to their abuse-department :) with logs of course, also date + time so it's more exact =)

"call to police, etc etc etc" this really don't work, no without money to move one investigation, if want to don't get attacks contract one good protection and finish.

you're doing it wrong!
Sure you can get protection, but the protection is never better than your internet.
if you have a 10 Mb/s internet, no protection in the world will help you on DDos.
And those who can protect you, cost a lot as well (proxy servers that filter shit for you)

The best way, is to yourself, try to collect information about the DDoser, and get contact with the right person in the police.
If you just randomly call the police, you'll most likely end up talking with someone who doesn't know what DDos is, and note it in such a way that nothing every happens.
But if you ask to talk with someone that's is aware of computers and internet, you might find someone who can help you to take it to the next level.

But that's DDos.
If it's Dos, just get the IP and report it to the abuse mail of that domain, and they'll shut down the activity due to that it's illegal.
And in some cases the domain companies take it themselves to the police.

I've seen that happen a lot inside open-game worlds.
police who arrest DDosers happens every day within the WOW community, thanks to that some kids learn how to fix up a bot-net, but never learned how easy it is to find them over the internet if they are too greedy or forget some steps in hiding themselves.
