Getting same items from Donate shop over and over!!

When i buy something from my shop with premium points i get the item on my char, but the problem is im getting it all the time.
Im getting the same donate item every minute and im also getting this text

You received >> Axe << from OTS shop.

How do i fix so i only get one item?

dod you change to "counts" to 1?
