You can't, the characters that you make in Gesior are copied from "Samples", edit characters samples in db and set the correct position

So u are telling me changing Temple Pos for Towns in RME doesn't change spawn pos if u select that town? kekekekek u r funni boy

U find it in ur htdocs folder.. open it with notepad --> hit ctrl + f and search for it. I advice u not to tho.. Just change in RME Temple Pos for ur town.

In your mapeditor change the temple positions, and in the db just change the townid of the "Samples" where do you want the characters to appear
