Giving item only once per IP address

Im working on Santa NPC and I want request someone for function, what check that: If player already get Present, he cannot get next present per one IP Address.
Any ideas?

But if someone have siblings with samme ip and playing samme OT how Will they get the items?

So, maybe another way - It's possible to make something like that for account not IP?
