Windows Global or Local IP in Config.lua?

Which IP goes where?!? lol

i have my global ip in config.lua as of right now which seems to lead my server to go offline according to otservlist.. what ip goes to config? what ip do i use for my ip changer?

PS HOSTING AND PLAYING ON SAME COMPUTER

I have everything setup right but when I add my server to otservlist it adds my server online and then like 5 minutes later it shows me that it's offline?

Are you using port trigger or forward?
