Can someone please explain how the globalsave works?

If I use following:

globalSaveEnabled = yes
	globalSaveHour = 5
	shutdownAtGlobalSave = no
	cleanMapAtGlobalSave = no

If the server is crashing when I'm not home, will it open it up itself again? Or what is it for?

if you're using linux then yes if it crashes it should re-open automagically
if you're using windows you'll need to use a restarter, http://otland.net/f19/otrestarter-v2-0-3-advanced-functions-16081/ this looks like it could be useful to you if you're using windows

May I ask you how to setup it? I mean, Should I set my TFS in Server Path? And what should I set in Server Executable Name?

TFS server path is basically the folder your game's in
server executable name is basically the .exe file name that your server runs from

exactly that
the other way is to make a restart.bat, but I can't remember the exact script for it, if you search around for restarter.bat you may find what you're looking for too
