Gm and Players help

Hi im using The Forgotten server for tibia 8.30/8.31 and i dont know how to make a gm or where the player files are if anyone can help, it would help alot ty.

http://localhost/phpMyadmin <--- where your players are, also your accounts, files, etc...

How to make a GM?

Go to your character and change the group_id to 5 !

When i try to go to http://localhost/phpMyadmin its unable to connect. you know what the problem might be?
