Can you please check I was talking in one thread about that already but there was no answer long time so Now I'm trying to get you in new thread, so please can you check why my characters were deleted it's on 2 diffrent accounts and it's on softcores.Characters are:

-Mystic-1st account
-Kranjski Janez-2nd account

Please check and if it's you're mistake please create them back.

Nah, I'm also still waiting. Yesterday he told me it was being taken care of, so I hope he will fix it soon.
 
Seems that it wont be soon.
As I saw Feloth is daily online about 3 hours.
I think its too short as for GMs which should fix problems caused by their engine/server/etc.
 
Feloth will take care of it when he gets home.

pandemon, I am pretty sure that you don't understand how much time we spend on our servers. We don't have to be online on any of the servers to be fixing problems and further developing it. And 3 hours is pretty much time to be online/day since we actually have a life just like a normal person. Don't complain when you don't even know how much time we spend on letting YOU have fun.

If Feloth just had to swing a magic wand to give everyone their items back, it would already be done. But we don't have a magic wand, so Feloth have to look in the database to see what you had in your house before, manually making the items and doing that for every player that have reported that they lost their items. That takes time.

Everyone else, thank you for your patience.

Mindzer, you got to wait for Feloth since he were looking on that earlier.
