GM didn't deleted reported players by trap red skull, so??

Hi,
recently I reported the following players :
" Zhu
Abrun Ironoye
Abran Ironoyu
Abran Ironuyu
Pretofast
Leoncio Net Furtada
Shutupkid ".

I recorded a video and sent to the support email of shadowcores, and I received an email and the support said that 29 accounts of them were deleted. But I see Zhu,Pretofast... online. So they weren't be deleted and still making trap red skull.
