... If they are GMs they should help peoples in ots, I don't believe they don't have 1h daily to spend for game...
 
That's why Qknight and Warhor have their tutor position so if no gm's online You should ask them about help. If someone is a tutor he should have he's help channel open all the time their are online. So fell free to ask them :D If they dnt help You it mean's they should'nt have a tutor ;]
 
They don't for 2 reasons:
1. They are still off or they aren't in help channel
2. They can't help me cuz I need GM who can say me what is done and what is undone, I mean quests
 
We are working on the upcoming update.
And these days there are less chance for botters seeing as we have updated to a new client.
