go unbanned mail but still banned

GOT AN EMAIL THAT I WAS UNBANNED BECAUSE I GOT BANNED WITHOUT REASON then XINNNNNNN
I GOT UNBANNED FROM OTSERVIST.ORG BECAUSE THEY BANNED ME WRONG THEN I ADD MY SERVER IT SAYS IM BANNED :S

Well if you have a dynamic ip that isn't a problem. Wireless connection - restart. = new ip.
