God characters can't atk, cast spells, and have zero cap

I'm running TFS 2.15 and I've had some struggles with this being the first server I've ever tried to run.....SQL has been a completely new experience but these forums have been very helpful and nearly all my problems I've been able to solve by searching through.

*First issue is that my God characters have zero cap, when I try to atk it says "you may not attack this creature" and I can't cast any spells(when I say the spell nothing happens, it doesn't say that I don't have enough mana or I need to learn the spell or anything)

*When I use some of the scripts that people write here in the forums, I just copy and paste them...but many times it doesn't work at all. Is this because they wrote that script for a different version of TFS? Maybe there are things I need to replace??

Regarding the problem with the god chars: you must change the flags in groups.xml; here is a generator: http://flags.ots.me/

For the scripting problem you are right. 0.2.15 is not as popular as 0.3 or 0.4. Most scripts here are made for 0.3/0.4.

Yeah I would definitely start with 0.3 if you are newer

Should I go to .3? How difficult would it be to transfer everything that I've done in the .2.15?

I don't have a groups.xml in my XML folder. Should I create it? I have a vocations.xml, that isn't the same thing is it?

If you already have alot of content made for 0.2.15 I'd suggest you go into TFS 1.0 because its spiritually "0.2.16" so to speak. Find it here: https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver
